I Forgot or Need to Reset My Password

Please visit getitwithzo.com and navigate to the top right of the screen. Please click the 'Customer Login' button. (It is at the top right of the page.)

Once you load into the customer login screen, you will need to type in your email in the first box and press submit. Once you press submit, a new screen will load showing a password field. Please skip the password field and navigate below. Here you will see a "Forgot password" button as you see in the screenshot.

Type in your email address one last time and click recover to send the password reset link to your email.
