# Who Owns the Merchandise with a Zo Financial lease?

Zo Financial purchases the items on your behalf. We will buy the leasable items from the retailer and then lease the items to you. If you complete all your planned renewal payments or exercise an early-purchase option, the item is then yours!

At that time ownership will transfer to you. The least expensive option to purchase expires 90 days after the delivery/pick-up date. Renewal payments are still due even if you intend to exercise an early purchase option.
